Payment & Admission
- All reservations/tickets must be prepaid in full.
- Every attendee must wear their wristband for admission to the event.
- Wristband Pickup: Please pick up your event wristbands at the Reservations Desk located at the Main Lobby on December 31 between 11 AM and 8 PM. Wristbands are required for entry. Seating will be assigned during wristband pickup. Must show valid ID for wristband pick-up. ID must match the name on the Reservation Details.
Seating
- Seating assignments will be pre-determined by the resort by restaurants@wyndhamriomar.com, which are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
Dress Code
- Elegant festive attire encouraged.
Parking
- Valet available for an additional charge.
- Paid self-parking available.
Additional Policies
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
- Wyndham Grand Rio Mar reserves the right to adjust entertainment, seating layout, or event logistics as needed.
