At what time does the door opens?

• The Lobby doors open at 7:00pm.
• The Grand Ballroom doors open at 8:30pm

Number of events:

• There are two separate events. One takes place in The Lobby and the other in The Grand Ballroom.

Will there be food?

• A La Carte menú available at additional cost.

If I buy a ticket for The Grand Ballroom event, does it include entry to The Lobby?

• With your purchase for The Grand Ballroom, you have General Standing Admission included for The Lobby event.
• Complimentary access to the Banyan Tree Grill outdoor area with live DJ and cash bar available.

If I buy a ticket for The Lobby event, does it include entry to The Grand Ballroom?

• No, if you purchase a ticket for The Lobby, you will only have access to that event.
• Complimentary access to the Banyan Tree Grill outdoor area with live DJ and cash bar available.

If I buy a table in The Lobby, do I also need to buy a General Standing Admission ticket also?

• No, the table includes entry.

What does the table in The Lobby include?

• Includes one bottle of champagne per two people. For example, if you purchase a table for four, you’ll receive two bottles of champagne.

What does the event in The Grand Ballroom include?

• Includes open bar from 9pm to 1am.

If you are staying at the hotel, registered guests have General Standing Admission included for The Lobby; however, please note that access to the Grand Ballroom is not included.
